State-of-the-art development opportunities

Research and development are assigned great importance at VR Automotive. We are continually working on the further development of our products and materials to meet the requirements of our customers.

We mean the following by this:

  • Calculations, e.g. FEM, frictional power, pressing forces, power consumption
  • Constructive design of the seal according to its application
  • Selection of the elastomer compounds for the respective requirements
  • Development, production and testing of sample parts as well as serial parts

We will of course be happy to support you with your new product developments by means of our seal concepts.
If necessary, we can also offer tailor-made, project-specific developments.
